The daily practice
Three moments in the day. Each one approaches the assumption from a different angle: feeling, attention, subconscious imprinting. Together they form one unbroken hold.
Five minutes before the day begins. Stillness, gratitude scripted from the state of having, and a personalised affirmation. You enter the world already inside the assumption.
Every synchronicity, every opening, every moment of certainty. You are training your awareness to surface what was always responding to you. The field was always moving.
A brief sensory scene from the life you are already inhabiting, held at the threshold of sleep. The subconscious receives it as memory. This is the most powerful thing you will do here.

Most people who practise manifestation are making the same energetic mistake in a way they cannot see from the inside. The gratitude is written from wanting rather than having. The intention still carries the feeling of lack.
At each step inside Luminary, what you have written is checked against one question: does this carry the feeling of having, or the feeling of wanting? Where the energy has drifted, it offers a reframe. This is the layer most practices leave out.

The brain cannot distinguish a vividly imagined experience from a real one. Specific, emotionally engaged, sensory rehearsal rewires neural circuits and shifts your biology. Over 7, 21, 33, and 66 days, you stop being the person who wants the thing and become the person who already has it.
Why it works
Four principles, each grounded in ancient teaching and in how consciousness and the nervous system actually operate.
Your brain processes eleven million bits of information per second. Your conscious mind handles roughly forty. The reticular activating system decides what makes it through, and it is tuned by what you focus on consistently. When you log synchronicities on the evidence board, you are not manufacturing signs. You are training your awareness to surface what was already always there.
A declaration such as 'I am abundant' lands in the analytical mind and is immediately weighed against existing belief. A scene is different. The warmth of the keys. The light in the room when you walk through the door. Your nervous system responds to vivid imagination the same way it responds to lived experience. The feeling is the signal. The words are only the vehicle.
In the minutes before sleep, the analytical mind releases its grip. The subconscious becomes maximally receptive. A short, specific, sensory scene held here is processed by the subconscious as real experience — not as metaphor, not as aspiration. As memory. This is why the Evening Practice exists and why the quality of what you bring to it determines what shifts.
When an intention does not move, the instinct is to try harder. This instinct is almost always wrong. Stalled intentions almost always point to a contradictory belief running below conscious awareness. Luminary watches your alignment scores for exactly this signal. The question is never why this is not working. It is always what you actually believe about this.
The practice is simple. The consistency is the work.
