The service
Luminary is a personal practice platform for intention-setting, manifestation journalling, and daily ritual. It includes an AI-powered guide, daily letter, affirmations, and community features. Luminary is a tool for inner practice — it is not a substitute for medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Luminary. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Trial and subscription
New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Monthly plans are $18/month. Annual plans are $120/year ($10/month). Prices are shown at the time of sign-up.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first paid charge if you are not satisfied. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. To request a refund, contact us at support@luminary.app with your account email.
AI-generated content
Luminary uses Anthropic's Claude to generate affirmations, daily letters, and AI Guide responses. These are generated automatically based on your practice data. They are intended as reflective prompts and should not be taken as factual statements, professional advice, or predictions.
You retain ownership of the intentions, evidence, and other content you create in Luminary. By using the AI features, you grant us permission to send relevant portions of your practice data to Anthropic's API to generate responses on your behalf.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Luminary to transmit harmful, unlawful, or abusive content; to attempt to access other users' data; to reverse-engineer or scrape the service; or to use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
Community
The Community Board allows you to share manifestation wins anonymously. You are responsible for what you post. We reserve the right to remove content that is harmful, misleading, or inappropriate without notice.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Luminary running reliably, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. For significant changes that affect paid subscribers, we will give reasonable notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luminary and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Luminary is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection law.
